i-OMS is a web based application which enables offsite supervision based on risk assessment of branches. It is an indispensible tool for the audit of banking operations and branches, more specifically for Internal Audits and Concurrent Audits. The rule based engine generates alerts and exceptions in near real time, based on pre-defined periodicity. The distribution matrix of the Exceptions provides an opportunity for timely ratification and rectification of irregularities thus minimizing Operations as well as Reputation risk.
