With real-time registration, customers can set up their mandate quickly, ensuring seamless loan repayments without manual intervention.

Streamlined Loan Repayment Process

Before the disbursement of Structured Retail Asset (SRA) loans, e-NACH registration is completed to ensure timely recovery of EMIs/Pre-EMIs on the due date. This proactive approach helps in reducing the bank’s Special Mention Accounts (SMA) figures, improving overall financial efficiency.

Secure and Convenient e-Mandate Registration

Customers can easily register for e-NACH through the IDBI Public Domain by verifying their Customer ID. The authentication process is secured with two-factor authentication (2FA) using:

  • Auto-Fetched Data: All required NACH registration details are automatically retrieved from ALPS/Finacle, ensuring accuracy
  • Secure Validation: Borrowers authenticate using Net Banking or ATM Debit Card of the destination bank to complete registration.
