Candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the stipulated eligibility criteria. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview. IDBI Intech reserves the right to call only a requisite number of candidates for personal interview and shortlisting for this purpose shall be at the sole discretion of IDBI Intech and any correspondence with regards to the same will not be entertained.

A. Eligibility criteria

  1. Age: Maximum 50 years, as on August 31, 2023. Relaxation of 2 years in the maximum age limit could be considered for deserving candidates at the discretion of the company.
  2. Educational qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech. (any stream). Candidates with MBA qualification shall be preferred.
  3. Experience: Minimum 20 years’ experience as on 31/08/2023 (out of which 10 years at senior position) in IT/Software companies. Awards / recognition received in the IT/Banking field will be an added advantage.
  4. The candidate should fulfill eligibility criteria prescribed under section 196 of the Companies Act 2013.

B. Required Skills/ Traits and Competency:

The candidate should have:

  1. Proven track record in IT/ Software industry, preferably from BFSI technology/ digitization.
  2. Management & Leadership skills and should be able to motivate & build strong teams.
  3. Vision & foresight to take the company to new heights. Ability to think from strategic perspective.
  4. Proactive nature, self-motivated & show high level of commitment to the mission and values of the Company and have ability to achieve the desired objectives and make an astounding impact on the functioning of the company.
  5. Strong analytical aptitude & excellent communication skills.
  6. Knowledge of Profit & Loss management and Financial decision making.
  7. Entrepreneurial mind-set with passion for innovative technology company.
  8. Worked in leadership / Senior positions in the previous assignment.
  9. Display high standards of ethics and should have impeccable integrity/honesty.

MD & CEO is a member of the Board and should also be able to assist the Board in all matters related to effective management, supervision and administration of the Company.

C. Tenure, Remuneration and Allowances

  1. Tenure: Contract period of 3 years subject to annual review by the Board. The Board of Directors would have the right to review the appointment at any time on the grounds of unsatisfactory performance/misconduct.
  2. Remuneration and Allowances: Compensation package will be negotiable based on seniority, experience and in line with the peers in the market. Remuneration shall not be constraint for a deserving candidate.

D. Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on Personal Interview. Applications received shall be screened and shortlisted based on experience, eligibility, qualification and overall suitability for the position. The shortlisted candidates shall be communicated so for the interview details on the email ID provided by candidates and no correspondence will be made to other candidates; nor any correspondence shall be entertained from other candidates. Final selection of the candidate will be done by a Selection Committee Constituted for the purpose.

General Instructions

  1. Candidates are advised that they should not furnish any particulars/ details/ information or make statements that are false, incorrect, tampered, fabricated and should not conceal or suppress any material information while forwarding their resume. In case it is detected at any time that the candidate has indulged in any of the above mentioned activities, he/ she will not only be disqualified, but he/ she will also be liable to be dismissed from the services of IDBI Intech Limited any time, even after being selected and after joining the services.
  2. Location will be in Navi Mumbai.
  3. Individual privacy concerns of the applicants will be ensured to the extent possible.
  4. Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post applied for.
  5. Candidature will be considered on the strength of the information declared in the application
  6. In an event of final selection, candidates presently in service of Government / quasi Government offices/ Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalized Banks and Public Sector Organizations in financial sector) are required to furnish a letter from the current employer containing the following details to the Bank:
    1. A discharge certificate / NOC from the current employer
    2. Vigilance clearance certificate that no proceedings are either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned
    3. List of all the major / minor penalties imposed on the candidate or, otherwise, a certificate confirming that no penalty has been imposed on the officer during service.
  7. IDBI Intech Limited will not take any responsibility for candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date for any other reason whatsoever.
  8. Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/ or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in Mumbai and courts/ tribunals/ forums at Mumbai only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any cause/dispute.
