Position (Grade / Level): Head - Call Centre Operations

Desired Experience:
  • Should have worked in a leadership position with a Domestic or an International BPO. Total experience minimum 12 years
  • Should have worked in a Banking process / Domain in the current or a previous role
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Educational Qualification: Graduate / PG in any stream from a government recognized university

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day to day performance of the Contact Centre Operations to deliver high class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs and within budget. Managed a team size of more than 500 staff members. Strong experience of handling both inbound and out bound voice processes is necessary. Experience of other customer contact channels will be required. Experience of banking / credit collections is desirable
  • Set the strategy for the development of the contact centres, staying abreast of new practices and technologies, ensuring that we gain and maintain recognition for the quality of customer service.Enabling performance to improve end customer satisfaction and deliver as per the requirement of the client
  • Ensure achievement of overall Business Unit objectives
  • Quality Compliance / Business Process Improvement
  • Driving continuous improvement in Productivity and Quality metrics, updating Standard Operating Procedures for the process
  • Effective forecasting and Headcount planning
  • Should have managed more than on process in the current tenure or in the recent past
Additional Responsibilities:

  • Should be able to collect, collate and analyse the data for the Management
Tool / Technical Skills:
  • should have Basic computer knowledge - MS office
  • Finacle knowledge would be an added advantage

  • Bring best content into proposals and presentations through administration of best practices in knowledge management and document management.
  • Actively collaborate with the Product and Development team to deliver the Solution / Product.
  • Build strong and long term relationships with key employees at Client Site.
  • Retention, Enhancement & Deepening relationships with the Clients.

Work Experience: 8+ Years

Essential Professional Expertise:
  • prior experience handling RFPs and Tenders for at least 5 years
  • 2-3 years in bid management and presentation processes
  • Prior experience of working with Software solution and services is preferable
Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact as a bid manager
  • Preparing the project details for new opportunities
  • Responding to RFQ / RFP tenders and risk assessment for various opportunities
  • Study Tender Documents and prepare the complete documents according to tender process
  • Actively collaborate with the Product, Infrastructure and other teams to deliver the solution / product documents and BG / EMD etc for tender submission
  • Ability to pitch and demo the product / solution to clients as per the tender requirement

Work Experience: 10 + Years

Education: MCA / BE / B.Tech and CAIIB / JAIIB / CISA etc.

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Professional Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge in Banking Treasury domain is required.
  • Experience in Trouble shooting in Production Support for Banking Applications especially in areas of Treasury, Market Risk Systems like Finacle.
  • Treasury, Kondor +, etc. Strong knowledge on Ms-office, Ms-excel, Ms-project, Macros required.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Unix and Windows will be added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervising day to day activities of Treasury Support processes, Managing new projects, customizations.
  • Handling 3rd level escalations and troubleshooting ,analyzing and resolving production issues.
  • Managing the support team in more productive way.
Project Management:
  • Managing and co-coordinating with client, vendor.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
  • Requirement analysis and providing appropriate solution.

Work Experience:
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant industry work experience providing advanced analytic Solutions in a commercial setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience of advanced analytics in banking / financial services domain.
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering.

Functional Skills:
  • Should have hands on experience in analytics delivery, through the entire life cycle of an analytics engagement – data requirement identification, data collection, analysis and insight generation using data, business team communication & follow up.
  • Developing models, building models as per standards, creating intermediate documents and analyzing effectiveness of models and interactively refining models to improve results.
  • Automating models to self-generate results.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with multiple analytics methods (one or more required).
  • Data management skills (eg. Data modeling, data integrity QA / QC).
  • Predictive modeling (logistic regression, linear regression, etc).
  • Customer segmentation and targeting, promotion effectiveness and churn prevention.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (one or more required).
    • Advanced Excel
    • SAS (Preferable), SPSS, R
    • Alteryx
    • SQL, Including geospatial types and functions
    • Tableau, SSRS a plus
    • Programming and / or scripting experience preferred, eg. VBA
